Colinda Cabanas is a charming beachfront retreat nestled on the tranquil island of Caye Caulker, Belize, offering direct access to the turquoise Caribbean Sea and a front-row view of the world’s second-largest barrier reef. With just 14 well-appointed cabanas and suites, the resort provides an intimate, laid-back experience where guests can unwind in hammocks under palm trees, wander out onto a private dock, or enjoy complimentary bicycles, kayaks and snorkel gear to explore the island at their own pace.
Each accommodation features modern comforts, many with full kitchens or kitchenettes, air-conditioning (in most units), private verandas, and sweeping sea views. The resort blends convenience (within walking distance of village cafés, bars and local life) with the serenity of a beachside hideaway, making it ideal for couples, families or anyone looking for a relaxed Caribbean escape.
Guests receive free use of two bicycles per room, kayaks, snorkel gear and beach towels.
The resort has a minimum stay of 2 nights between May–December (excluding holidays), and 4 nights between January–April.
Most rooms are air-conditioned, though the Caribbean style cabanas (#6, #7 & #8) use ceiling/floor fans instead of A/C. Some units (especially beachfront or suite categories) include full kitchens or kitchenettes.
